We have improved the Alarm History for users with the Service Manager role.
The alarm history contains a list of closed alarms.
In addition, we have added the option to export alarm data in CSV format. You can filter the table and do a CSV export based on the selected filtering.
When you select a specific alarm in the alarm history, you get access to more details about the alarm; time of events, log with status changes and journal notes. The alarm history combines the log from the Response Center with forwarding to TelluCare Go for customers who use our new response solution.
Unprocessed and ongoing alerts are also easily accessible in the dashboard. By clicking on the arrow next to an alert, you get an overview of the alert details.
