Trends
Trends shows how each user spends the night, based on events from the camera in their room. It compares each night with the last seven, so you can see in the morning who had a different night.
Trends has two views:
- The Trends tab on a user: one user's night in detail.
- The Night Report, from Trends in the menu: all users for one night.
Before you start
- Your account has Trends turned on. It's off by default. Ask Support to turn it on.
- You're a Technician or a Responder. Other roles don't see Trends.
- The user has a camera that sends room, bed and bathroom events. Trends uses camera events only.

Good to know
- The night is always 22:00β07:00. It can't be changed.
- Trends needs data from at least 5 of the previous 7 nights before it shows deviations.
- Trends also covers users whose alarms are forwarded to another system. A visit from personnel at night can show up in the timeline, for example as the user being out of the room.
