Tellucare Go: Changes and improvements 23/05/2024

We've made a number of improvements to our healthcare app Tellucare Go, with version 3.0

TelluCare Go is an app for healthcare professionals that provides a prioritized overview of new and escalated alarms. Different alarms are displayed with different icons and severity levels. Each alarm has a sound notification and color based on criticality, so you can quickly and easily assess how serious the alarm is. The app is integrated with our welfare technology platform, Tellucare, and makes it easy to manage and connect to different types of welfare technology.

Tellucare Go 3.0

We are constantly developing and improving our services, and now we are launching a new version of the TelluCare Go app.

The new version (3.0) of our application will be available in Google Play on Thursday May 23rd 2024.

We encourage everyone to update to this version, as it contains several improvements that provide a better user experience and increased stability.

Purpose of the update:

A major update of underlying technology.

Simplified both notification and sound notification for incoming alarms:

We have removed repeating audio alerts: We want to improve your Tellucare Go experience. Feedback has shown that repeated alerts and audio alerts can be overlooked, especially when busy or the screen is off. That is why we have updated the notification system. Now we will not repeat audio alerts, but make sure that the first alert is clear. Unfortunately, this was not included in TelluCare in the previous update from 7 May, and we apologize for this. Repetitive alerts are now removed in the latest version of Tellucare and Tellucare Go.

If you have any questions about the new notification system or need help, please contact our support team. We are here to help!

Summary of improvements and changes in this version of Tellucare Go:
  • The notification list is now automatically cleared when the app is opened.
  • Fixed phone call startup for calls.
  • Fixed problem with sound in video playback.
  • Improved alert sounds with a new and more distinct sound for severe alarms.
