Further development of Tellucare for migration to a new response platform
Tellu is working to adapt and further develop functionality in the Tellucare platform for setting up, establishing and operating a new response solution. In April, we made adjustments to ensure core functionality for good business administration in Tellucare. We have improved the organization setup and developed functionality and interfaces to show data synchronization against the response platform.We have also added functionality to enable the import of data from the UMO platform into Tellucare.
Functionality related to the new response platform is not currently visible, but will be available when the migration is completed.
Database migration
An extensive database upgrade has been carried out on the Tellucare platform to ensure scaling of data and fast performance in the applications.Security updates
Tellu has implemented a number of improvements to increase the security of Tellucare, to strengthen the integrity and protection of data. These upgrades are designed to address an ever-increasing threat to data security and privacy.Bugfixes
- A bug where the camera's "private mode" did not work for service provider has been fixed.
- A bug where the model of the camera was shown instead of the name in technical alert emails has been fixed.
- Tellu has improved the "Device is offline" banner.
- Additionally, minor bug fixes have been made based on reported issues.
