In this version, we have implemented several minor improvements, in addition to:
Two new columns in the system user table: 'Created' and 'Active'
We have added two new columns to the system user table to give you a better overview of your users:
- Created: This column shows the date and time when a user was added to the system. This makes it easier to identify users without activity and assess whether they should be deleted from the system.
- Active: The column shows the user's status as 'Active', 'Inactive' or 'All', so you can quickly filter/sort and get an overview of the user's status.
Field for 'Important information about user' limited to 500 characters
We have made an adjustment in the field 'Important information about the user' to ensure that the information is available both to response operators at the response center and to users of TelluCare Go. You will now receive an error message if you try to enter more than 500 characters.
When adding this type of information, it is important to remember that response operators need short and precise information to be able to make quick situational assessments. Therefore, the information should be structured simply, with the most important information first.
