Alerts and technical alarms from sensors and safety alarm
Alarm codes the Neat Novo sends to TelluCare. Names are the English names in TelluCare.
Alarms
You choose these per user in Sensor-based supervision. See Setting up sensor-based supervision.

| Alarm call main unit | SCAIP-0004-0010 | The alarm button on the Novo was pressed. |
| Alarm call portable alarm button | SCAIP-0003-0010 | The portable alarm button was pressed. |
| Out of the room | SCAIP-0014-0009 | The PIR II door sensor reports that the user left the room. |
| Out of residence - main door | SCAIP-0014-0009-0039 | As above, with the sensor at the main entrance. |
| Out of residence - back door | SCAIP-0014-0009-0040 | As above, with the sensor at a back door (e.g. veranda). |
| Out of bed | SCAIP-0012-0009 | The bed sensor reports that the user left the bed. |
| Out of chair | SCAIP-0013-0009 | The chair sensor reports that the user left the chair. |
| Inactivity alert | SCAIP-0002-0049 | |
| Inactivity, bath | SCAIP-0014-0009-0011 |
Away (SCAIP-0002-0003) and Home (SCAIP-0002-0121) are status codes. They raise no alarm.
Technical alarms
These go to Technical alerts. You don't add them per user.

| Restored contact with equipment | SCAIP-0050-0124 | The Novo has contact again with a sensor or button that was out of reach. No alarm. |
| Critically low battery level | SCAIP-0002-0016 | The Novo's battery is low and it may shut down. |
| Lack of contact with equipment - radio interference | SCAIP-0050-0122 | The Novo lost contact with a sensor or button due to poor radio reception. |
| Missing contact with equipment - weak battery | SCAIP-0050-0016 | A sensor or button has a low battery. |
| Lack of contact with equipment - test alarm missed | SCAIP-0050-0123 | The Novo lost contact with a sensor or button. |
| Failed alarm call | SCAIP-0002-0033 | The Novo tried to send an alarm to TelluCare, but it wasn't received. |
| Power disconnected - low battery voltage | SCAIP-0002-0965 | The Novo is unplugged and its battery is running out. |
| Power disconnected - on battery power | SCAIP-0041-0085 | The Novo is unplugged. |
| Power connected - normal operation restored | SCAIP-0041-0086 | The Novo is plugged in again. No alarm. |
Good to know
- An alarm that isn't in the user's list raises no alarm, unless your account has a default for that code.
