We are introducing improvements to Service Recipients and Alarm History.
Starting from Thursday, November 30th, 2023, you will have the ability to filter patients based on their group affiliation. This feature allows users with a service responsible role to customize the view of service recipients by accessing patients within specific groups.
By limiting the visibility of patients within selected groups, there is a significant reduction in the risk of unintentional exposure of patient information. This also enhances data security and makes the workflow more efficient.
When you enter Service Recipients, you will now be prompted to select the specific patient group you want to see. Once you have chosen a group, TelluCare will remember your preferences. This eliminates the need to repeatedly set the filter. Selected groups will also be remembered in Alarm History, and you will see alarm history for the selected groups.
