TelluCare Supervision includes a dashboard for the service responsible role (also Administrator), but how do I use it?
The new dashboard contains four sections of information:
- Active sessions
- Open technical alarms
- Open patient alarms
- Daily Triggered Patient Alarms
Active sessions
This shows what users are logged in and on which devices. This gives you a quick overview of the staffing situation. There might be delays in the updates, so please use carefully and check with other sources of information until you have learned how to use it reliably.
Open technical alarms
This will give you an overview of any technical alarms that may need your attention. Technical alarms are used to warn about issues with cameras, safety alarms or sensors. Unlike health related alarms that notify us of situation with the patient, the technical alarms are there to notify us about issues with the equipment.
Open patient alarms
This will provide an overview of any current health related alarms. As service responsible you have access to patient information, and therefore also open alarms. These should be managed by response opertors according to local procedures, but as service responsible it would be useful to have some insight.
Daily triggered patient alarms
This shows a bar chart displaying information about the development in number of alarms. "Alarms" corresponds to a single alarm card in the Response operator dashboard, and could mean a planned supervision or camera event. Event based supervision may cause aggregation of events (if many events occur within a short period of time), and this will cause a higher number of "alarm events".
