TelluCare Tilsyn provide some basic statistics for most users, and one of these are the alarm statistics. This report can be used to look at how fast your staff closes an alarm.
Any alarm from the dashboard is part of a work list, and closing an alarm removes it from the worklist.
Unclosed alarms or very high closing times may indicate:
- Insufficient training
- High workload
- Lack of understanding the role of the worklist
Here's how to use this report:
- Log in to TelluCare Tilsyn using a Service Responsible (tjenesteansvarlig) role.
- From the left menu panel, choose "Alarm statistics" (alarmstatistikk).
- This will bring up two graphs, one for average processing time in minutes, and one for number of alarms. There is also a date filter so that you may change what period the graphs show. The default is previous 30 days. The numbers are aggregated for all alarm during that day.
- Min - The shortest closing time.
- Average - The calculated average time.
- Max - The maximum time passed before any alarm was closed.
Use this knowledge to help your staff work more consciously.
