How do I turn off notifications for a single patient?

Some customers may have the need to turn off notifications for a single patient. This feature is not time based, so you would need to turn it back on when notifications are wanted. 

 

Typical use cases include: patient is out for a period (leave, hospital, vacation or similar), patient is temporarily moved but not the camera, or if the local procures states that notifications should only be available during specific times. 

  1. Log in to TelluCare Tilsyn.
  2. Make sure you are logged in as "Tjenesteutøver" role.
  3. Select "Tjenestemottakere" from the left side menu, and find your patient using scrolling or search.
  4. Activate the patient by clicking once on the patient card. You will see a new line of icons appearing at the bottom of the card.
  5. Click on the bell icon.

    A bell will turn off notifications and the icon changes to a bell with a red 
    disable symbol on top of it.
    A bell with diable symbol will turn on notifications and change back to just a bell.
  6. When notifications are turned off, the symbol is also visible on the patient icon. A summary of notifications turned on or off is visible in the dashboard (above the notifications if any).
