Technical alarms are alarms regarding the technical equipment for supervision. It may be cameras or safety alarms, or even the sensors connected to the Novo safety alarm.
When there is a technical issue with any of these devices, they may report this to the TelluCare Tilsyn, and an alarm is shown.
The alarm has a description to help you resolve the issue.
For some users, it may be inconvenient to look at these alarms in TelluCare Tilsyn. We provide functionality to subscribe to these alarms, and receive the notifications on SMS and/or email.
Here's how to set it up:
- Log in to TelluCare Tilsyn with any role.
- From the profile menu (upper right corner), choose "Alarm subscription settings" (Instillinger for alarmabonnement).
- Click the button "Add new alarm subscription".
- From the tree list, choose the device groups you want to receive technical alarms from. Click next.
A device group is a logical group that contains devices. A device group is normally placed next to a patient group, and named acccordingly. This means that if you want alarms from devices belonging to "Patients A", you would subscribe to the devicegroup next to this. - Enter the email address or mobile phone number (for SMS) where you want to receive alarms. Press <ENTER> after each entry. You may add multiple email adresses or mobile phone numbers for each device group.
Please make sure the email address is typed correctly, and remember country code for mobile phone numbers. - Click "Next".
- Review the subscription settings and click "Create".
