How do I restart my camera?

If you are experiencing issues where you suspect the cause of the problem lies in the camera it self, you might be advised to restart the camera. But how? 

  1. Log in to TelluCare Tilsyn from a computer.
    This operation is not recommended using a phone or tablet.
  2. Make sure you have the role Service Responsible (Tjenesteansvarlig) and that this role is your active role.
  3. Select "Kameraer" from the left side menu.
  4. Find your camera in the list by either scrolling or searching. Click the "arrow"-button to open the camera information page.
  5. Click the Reboot-button (Start pƄ nytt). The camera reboot process will start, and a turning circle will appear on the button, indicating that rebooting is in progress.
    The reboot will take some time. When it is complete, you may try to operate the camera again.
  6. If the camera reboot does not give the desired result, you should contact our support for further assistance.
